2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

New Release!

This Appellation series Cabernet Sauvignon is farmed by esteemed Beckstoffer Vineyards with historical roots dating back to the 1800’s. The vines are grown in the Rutherford Appellation of Napa Valley farmed with land conservation in mind and a commitment to agricultural sensitivity. This wine imposes earthy, black currant and dark berry notes on the nose, with cassis, ground herbs and dried tobacco mid-palate ending with graphite and a smooth, lingering finish. We hope you enjoy this bold, alluring wine!

2020 Intertwined Red Blend

New Release!

Introducing our newest red wine blend we call Intertwined. This alluring blend is created by combining Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyard elevations in the Red Hills Appellation up to 2,600 feet and rich soils from volcanic origins that trigger thicker grape skins, prominent tannins, and intense wines. We combined this with our estate Zinfandel where stone-strewn soils produce bold, elegant flavors. Take in violets, black currant, and anis on the nose with dark cherry, rhubarb pie mid-palate, and a smooth, prolonged finish.

This wine combines many of Tim’s favorite Rhône varietals from our estate vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. We combine northern and southern Rhône varietals – Syrah (which originates from the Northern Rhône region) along with Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Counoise from the southern Rhône. The result is a refined wine with depth, concentration, complexity, and elegance. The bright fruit flavors are seductive with flowers, perfume, earth and pepper. 2019 Grenache

Alder Springs Vineyard

New Release!

Like Grenache grown in the south of France, the warm Mediterranean climate and cool summer evenings in Northern California produce beautiful, delicate, bright Grenache fruit. Similar to 2018, this Rhône wine is soft on the palate with pretty raspberry strawberry and a hint of blackberry notes, cinnamon spice, and orange citrus rind finish. Enjoy this wine year-round!

93 Points – 2022 International Women’s Wine Competition

Our award-winning Estate Viognier continues to earn praises from judges and consumers alike. The perfect growing conditions on our estate, this Viognier comes from two distinct blocks that face east and west on extreme hillsides. The hallmark of this grape is the scent of spring blossoms that combine jasmine, honeysuckle and stone fruit flavors of apricot and peach.  The slight hazelnut and sweet citrus finish make for a beautifully balanced wine.

Our eastern facing Roussanne vines are nestled in stone-strewn soils on steep terrain and thrive in our warm Mediterranean days and ocean-influenced, cool nights here in Dry Creek Valley. The aromatics boast Asian pear, honeydew and hints of green tea with citrus, butterscotch and honeycomb flavors that finish with layers of vanilla and baking spice. Enjoy this elegant wine for all seasons.

2019 Estate Soup Blanc

Estate

Stone Soup Blanc is our sister wine to Stone Soup Red. If you love Rhône white blends, this wine combines Roussanne, Viognier, and Marsanne grown in our rocky soils on our estate. We harvest these varietals together, hand-sort, press, and ferment them to create a field blend – a centuries-old practice that makes complexity and structure. The aromatics include bright lemons, lime rind, a touch of honey and vanilla, while the flavors take in delicate orange, honeycomb and honeysuckle. This wine has a beautiful balance of fruit and oak with a lingering finish.

Sparkling Blanc de Blancs

Our popular Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine is made in the traditional method with grapes from the North Coast of California.  The nose opens with vivacity and aromas of tantalizing Meyer lemon zest, toasted pine nuts, and rich vanilla cream enrapture one’s senses.  And when tasted, this wine truly sparkles with dancing flavors of pear, white peach, and yellow apple. Bright acidity completes the elegant framework of stone fruit and citrus flavors. Every day is a celebration for bubbles!

Mediterranean Blend Olive OIl

2021 Mediterranean Blend combines Italy’s Ascolano and Tuscan olive, Greece’s Koroneiki; Spain’s Sevillano and Manzanilla into tantalizingly fresh oil. Its grassy, green olive fruits have hints of pepper and cucumber with a smooth mid-palate and spicy finish.

100% Manazanilla Spanish olives, our Jalapeño Olive Oil is a perfect balance of medium olive flavor and mild peppery zest. A wonderful accompaniment to Mexican cuisine, you can use this oil to add a little spice to all of your everyday dishes.

California Tuscan Olive Oil

Tuscan varietals Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino thrive in Northern California and are the source of some of the world’s most refined olive oil. These olives were harvested mid to late season, allowing their natural peppery profile to soften slightly. A smooth balance of ripe olive, white pepper and toasted hazelnut.

Greek Taverna Olive Oil

 This blend of Greek varietals is named for the “Taverna” – traditionally a small restaurant in Greece.  Blending them with a small amount of Tuscan olives livens up the rich, grassy undertones of this Greek oil, creating a refreshing taste of Greece here in California.

Raspberry White Balsamic

New Release!

Our new Raspberry White Balsamic is almost sure to delight as it adds a touch of refreshing tang and elegant sweetness to many foods. The infused all-natural raspberry flavor adds a complex and unique taste to this white Balsamic vinegar. The result is a sweet yet lightly acidic vinegar used in salads, poultry, and fish dishes to a finish for dessert over cheeses or ice cream.
