Tasting Notes

A wine with complex, high-toned aromatics of fruit, pepper flakes, chocolate and leather. On the front to mid-palate are dried cherries, blueberries, rhubarb and cocoa. With a most-satisfying acidity, the tannins are just right.

Pair with rotisserie pork loin with roasted carrots and ginger, Spanish tapas, your favorite mac and cheese, Moroccan tagines, grilled steak, lamb shank, and savory crêpes (meat and mushrooms).
