Tuscan varietals Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino thrive in Northern California and are the source of some of the world’s finest olive oil. These olives were harvested later in the season, allowing the peppery quality of this oil to soften slightly, lending a smooth balance of ripe olive, white pepper, and toasted hazelnut. Why travel to Italy when a taste of Tuscany can be found right here at home?

Tasting Notes: This oil is true to its Italian roots – bitter, spicy and bold.
