TRATTORE FARMS EXPERIENCES
Trattore Farms, home of Dry Creek Olive Company and Trattore Estate Wines, offers a range of exciting tour and tasting experiences to make your trip to Dry Creek Valley and Healdsburg extra memorable! Whether you have a strong desire to “get your boots dirty” with an in-depth vineyard and orchard tour, or you are a home chef who aspires to better understand the connection between food, wine, and olive oil, we have the perfect tour for you!
TASTE WINES AND OLIVE OILS!
Trattore Farms is open for wine and olive oil tastings seven days a week from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Spring Tasting Menu: This experience will allow you to taste through 4 - 6 Estate and Appellation Series wines, along with our entire portfolio of extra virgin olive oils.
Your $25 tasting fee is waived with the purchase of a bottle of wine or two bottles of olive oil. Complimentary tasting for Club members. No reservations are required for groups under 8 people.
LARGE GROUP TASTINGS (Groups larger than 8)
Bring your group and experience our estate Rhone-style wines and extra virgin olive oils produced on our farm. It's the perfect way to sip and savor the very best of Dry Creek Valley while taking in spectacular views from our terrace. We'll designate a special area to taste just for your group! TRATTORE ON TAP
Just in time for Springtime on the Patio! Introducing our new Trattore on Tap program! We have three specially blended wines available now on tap for you to enjoy by the glass, ½ carafe (serves 2-3) or full carafe (serves 4-5).
Chose from our Ranch White, Ranch Rose or Ranch Red.

Take in spectacular views of Dry Creek Valley as you enjoy a seated wine and food tasting on our terrace - you may just think you're in Tuscany! Guests will enjoy a flight of four current release wines from our Estate/Reserve menus, three olive oils and our local Sonoma cheese and charcuterie board. Warm, cheesy and loaded with fresh local ingredients, they're perfect to pair with any of our award-winning wines. Pair a 5oz. glass of wine from the bar or one of new wines of Tap with one of the panini choices below:
MY SPANISH HEART
Savory and piquant flavors of smoked paprika Chorizo sausage, fire roasted bell peppers, melted Manchego cheese, and our Spanish Table EVOO on a crusty wheat roll. Pairs well with Petite Sirah or Zinfandel.
Gluten-free bread available for $2 additional.
Crimini and Portobello mushroom duxelles cooked in butter, thyme, garlic, and 2015 Tf Pinot Noir, with grilled red onions, Point Reyes Toma Cheese and our own Picual EVOO on focaccia bread. We recommend pairing with our estate mR Rhone White, estate Proprietor’s Reserve and Tf Pinot Noir. Gluten-free bread $2 additional.

Vineyard, Orchard and Olive Mill Tour
It all begins with the soil. We’ll drive you through our vineyards and olive orchards (in our Kawasaki mule) for a true farm-to-table experience! You will begin atop our hillside estate vineyard, where you will enjoy a splash of wine while taking in spectacular views of Dry Creek Valley. During the tour, you will learn about the history of our local olive trees and grape growing including details of our sustainability programs. You'll visit our new olive mill center for a fun and informative session on the art and science of making extra virgin olive oils. The tour finishes with a full tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oils. Are your boots made for walking?
