LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

Membership is complimentary and automatic when you join our mailing list or make a purchase through our website or in our tasting room. For every dollar you spend with us, you will earn points to redeem toward wines, oils, vinegars, tastings, food, merchandise and more. All purchases count and points never expire. Points can be redeemed on purchases made online or in our tasting room.

Club Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent, while non-club members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed for up to 50% of your purchase, after any discounts are applied. Points cannot be applied toward applicable sales tax or shipping charges.

Earning Points

Members of the Trattore Farms Loyalty Rewards program will earn points for all purchases of Trattore Farms products or services:

  • Wine club members will accumulate points for all Club shipments
  • Purchases of wine, olive oil and vinegar in our tasting room or on trattorefarms.com
  • Purchases of tastings, food and merchandise
  • Site fees for events and large groups

Club members will automatically earn points for all purchases. Our sales representatives will inquire as to whether you are a loyalty club member. Your profile is associated with the e-mail address we have on file, so to participate and ensure proper points accumulation, please be sure to provide us with the correct e-mail address on your visit.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for purchases made through trattorefarms.com, in our tasting room or on the phone. All of our products and services are redeemable for points EXCEPT Tours and Event Tickets. 

Points can be redeemed for up to 50% of your total purchase, after any discounts are applied. The remaining 50% will need to be paid for at the time of purchase via cash or card. Points cannot be applied toward applicable sales tax or shipping charges. You may redeem points for a partial payment, for example, for 25% of the purchase price.

Points cannot be redeemed on Club Shipments.

Please note that points are not automatically applied, and you are allowed to redeem as many as you would like up to the maximum with each interaction, or you may save them for another date if you prefer. For example, online sales require that you type in the number of points that you wish to redeem. For offline sales such as tasting room visits or in-person event ticket purchases, our Trattore Farms representative will inquire whether you would like to apply points for each transaction.
