In addition to milling our own olives, we offer custom milling services for olive growers who harvest more than 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of olives. During this time, local olive growers are given a chance to have their olives milled with our state-of-the-art hammer mill. Custom milling calendar dates are very limited, however, so an appointment is required. Growers with less than 2000 lbs are encouraged to join us on our Community Milling days.

Our 2023 Custom Milling season ended December 20, 2023. Registration for the 2024 Custom Milling season will open September 15, 2024.
