CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome and thank you for becoming part of Trattore Farms Club. To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms, and conditions. 

  • The Trattore Farms & Winery Club is a recurring subscription for wine and olive oil, consisting of 3 shipments per year and providing benefits to a single household.
  • Benefits begin immediately upon sign-up. 
  • Club Member must be present for benefits to be used.
  • Club benefits may be shared with up to 4 members of your party. Club member must be present. Available for in-person visits only.
  • Minimum one year commitment.
  • Club membership renews automatically.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their payment method current. We reserve the right to cancel a club membership after two unsuccessful club charges.
  • Adult signature is required for wine that is shipped to our members.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address up-to-date, and will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for misdirected, returned, and/or reshipped orders.
  • Club allocation sales are final.

  • Club Member will be charged for, and receive, current releases at time of sign-up. Deferment to next release is available upon manager approval. 

  • Members can customize their club shipment to their preferences from available selection until the club charge date.

  • Club shipments designated as “pick-up” must be picked up within 60 days of the release notification or the wine will be shipped, at club member’s expense, to the address on file.  

  • Cancellation of membership must be received in writing to [email protected].

  • Club Members may skip one (1) club shipment in a 12 month period and maintain their benefits.

  • Trattore Farms is not responsible for damage caused by fluctuations in temperature during or after shipment. Contact at [email protected] if you need to setup a weather delay.

  • We currently ship wine to: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, SC, TX, WY.

  • Club member orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii receive $60 flat rate express shipping.
