CLUB EXCLUSIVE – SUSTAINABILITY TOUR WITH WINEMAKER CRAIG STREHLOW

Join Winemaker & Vineyard Manager Craig Strehlow for an educational and informative sustainability tour on August 16th. On this tour, you will learn about our sustainable farming practices, such as no-till farming, our use of autonomous electric tractors, composting, and water recycling and, of course, how that improves the quality of our wines and olive oils.

This is a 1-hour walking tour and will be up close and personal in the vineyards. Guests should wear comfortable shoes and be able to navigate uneven and hilly terrain without assistance.

After your tour, you’ll return to the terrace for a delightful pairing of our Estate Roussanne with gouda and truffle salt and Syrah with mushroom and chèvre on house-made crostini.

This experience is exclusively available to Trattore Farms Wine and Olive Oil club members and is limited to just 20 guests. Tickets are $20.
