2022 Pinot Noir

Russian River Valley

Vigna, Terra, Oliva, Industry

New Release!

Our 2022 Pinot Noir is impeccably farmed in the highly-regarded Russian River Valley by our dear friend Lee Martinelli and represents the region’s terroir. This lush wine has full-flavored maturity, bright fruit, and perfect balance. These characteristics are a signature of the Russian River Valley, which we have captured in this wine. Aged in French oak barrels, this 100% Pinot Noir varietal showcases a harmonious blend of black cherry, pomegranate, vanilla, and licorice spice. Raise a glass and toast to the excellence of this wine, a true representation of the Russian River Valley.

What we’re pairing with Pinot Noir

Michelle's Beef Bourguignon
A tough cut of beef is transformed into tender meat that can be cut with a fork after a few hours of braising in the crock pot. In the recipe, Pinot Noir and Cognac transform into an unctuous sauce to which mushrooms and onions are added. Serve with steamed orzo pasta or mashed potatoes (including 1/2 and 1/2, butter and cream cheese).

Healdsburg Blend Olive Oil

Vigna, Olio

Mild to Medium intensity

Come and taste the oil that embodies the wine-country town of Healdsburg, California! Our roots here made it only natural to offer this oil, celebrating the area’s culinary flavors. This oil combines green grass, pepper, ripe olive flavors, slight bitterness, and distinct pungency. Come sample another culinary delight from California’s wine country!

Usage Notes: This full-bodied olive oil is delicious alone or as a bold accompaniment to many foods. This local favorite is scrumptious with rosemary and pita bread baked in the toaster oven with a touch of sea salt. Use to caramelize onions or add to tomato-basil hummus and pesto. Enjoy with Brussel-sprouts, lemon juice, pecorino, pasta sauces, or Tuscan bean soup.

Persian Lime Olive Oil

Vigna, Olio

Delicate intensity

Our Persian Lime olive oil is made from the finest Persian limes, milled with Spanish Manzanilla olives grown in Northern California. The result is a zesty oil with a mild lime flavor and a tangy, peppery finish reminiscent of warm breezes, refreshing drinks, and summer parties. Try in place of traditional citrus oils.

Usage Notes:  For a quick and delicious appetizer, drizzle this olive oil over cream cheese and serve with your favorite crackers or crostini. Make a fresh summer salad by combining this oil with chopped avocados, sliced vine-ripened tomatoes, one finely chopped Serrano pepper, diced cilantro, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper, and finish with fresh lime juice. Pair this salad with all your favorite Mexican foods or spoon it over your tacos, burritos, taquitos, and carne asada dishes.  Splash over fruit salads such as wild berries, citrus, melon, and mango. Add to guacamole over a tostada and with grilled beef. This is a perfect marinade for fish tacos with sour cream. Drizzle over honeydew melon on its own, popcorn (our favorite in the tasting room), grilled corn, or over corn tortillas with salt and crisp in minutes in the toaster oven.

California Tuscan Olive Oil

Terra, Oliva, Olio

Robust intensity

When you think of the word “Tuscan,” an array of mouth-watering Italian flavors come to mind! Grown in Northern California, these varietals are harvested late in the season, allowing the natural peppery profile to mellow and develop into a rich, versatile and smooth blend of ripe olive, white pepper, and toasted hazelnut flavor. Instead of traveling to Italy, you can indulge in the taste of Tuscany right here in your own home with our locally grown and milled olives.

Usage Notes: Cook with your turkey, roasted chicken, grilled beef, homemade paella, or Spanish tapas and grilled vegetables. Drizzle on pizza or mix with spaghetti and meatballs and roasted potatoes.

Cranberry Pear Vinegar

Olio

Imagine biting into a crisp, ripe pear with just a single pour! Add to it the tart freshness of cranberry with the two coming together deliciously in this special vinegar. It is perfect for adding the delicate flavor of pear to lighter-colored foods, dressings, and sauces. The touch of cranberry makes it a favorite with traditional foods.

Usage Notes: Try it as a dressing along, or drizzle over Brie or Blue Cheese, or a marinade for chicken, pork, or fish. This vinegar can be used on its own or paired with our Dry Creek Olive Company olive oils!
