This varietal stands out on its own, with its striking color and rich texture, and a bouquet of flavors and scents that include roasted nuts, ripe pears, white peaches, and honeydew melon. As the Marsanne vines mature, the wine produced deepens in both color and complexity, developing a silky, exotic and viscous texture. This wine is a true food-friendly wine, perfect for any pairing, making it a versatile addition to any wine enthusiast’s collection. With its unique profile and aging potential, this wine is sure to be a favorite among connoisseurs.

Alder Springs Vineyard, Mendocino County
Our Viognier from Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County is a true representation of the spectacular terroir that it hails from. This pristine, cooler climate vineyard is set in a rugged and remote location, where the vines thrive in the excellent, low-vigor soils on steep, terraced hillsides. This wine is the perfect embodiment of this unique terroir, boasting a bouquet of flavors, including ripe pear, juicy pineapple, and tropical guava, balanced with beautiful minerality and bright acidity. This wine is perfect for any occasion and is a must-try for any wine lover who appreciates the nuances and subtleties that different terroirs impart on a wine.
Viognier’s aromatic profile means this wine can be enjoyed without food. However, it is also stunning with food pairings: Pad Thai, creamy and buttery cheeses, yellow, green, and red curries, rich shellfish, and sweet potatoes.

2020 Stone Soup Blanc
Estate, Dry Creek Valley
Get ready for a taste sensation like no other!
Our Estate Stone Soup Blanc, the sister wine to Stone Soup Red, is a must-try for lovers of Rhône white blends. This luscious blend of Roussanne, Viognier, and Marsanne grows in the rocky soils of our estate and is made using a traditional method of field blending. By harvesting, hand-sorting, pressing, and fermenting the different varietals together, we create a wine that boasts complexity and structure, blending the best of Old and New World styles. Roussanne provides a floral, nutty, baked bread and spice flavor profile, while Viognier adds exuberant peach, apricot, and citrus notes. Marsanne contributes noble tannins for structure and aging, making this wine truly stunning.
Enjoy this wine with a vast array of soft and hard cheeses, patè, roasted chicken, pork, veal, cream-based sauces, spicy flavors, and Asian Cuisine

Our Grenache grapes showcase the beauty throughout our Estate vineyards. Grown on the steepest, western-facing slope of our Estate, these grapes develop deep roots and produce alluring, picture-perfect fruit clusters. Grenache creates a stunning wine, whether it is produced as a single varietal or blended with our other Rhône reds. It is a testament to how Trattore Farms brings Rhône-style wines to new heights in Dry Creek Valley! The unique growing conditions and terroir of the estate, coupled with the expertise of our farming techniques, result in a wine that is truly special and unique!

2021 Pinot Noir
Martinelli Vineyards, Russian River
Our 2021 Pinot Noir is impeccably farmed in the highly-regarded Russian River Valley by my dear friend Lee Martinelli, and is a true representation of the region’s terroir. This wine is lush, with full-flavored maturity, bright fruit, and perfect balance. These characteristics are a signature of the Russian River Valley, and we have captured that in this wine. Aged in French oak barrels, this 100% Pinot Noir varietal showcases a harmonious blend of black cherry, pomegranate, vanilla, and licorice spice. Raise a glass and toast to the excellence of this wine, a true representation of the Russian River Valley.
Earthier, more tannic Pinot Noir wines pair well with meats such as pork, filet mignon, and game dishes. Stews, wild mushrooms, and root vegetables also make good pairings, and our favorite: Beef Bourguignon.

When it comes to culinary experiences, few can match the unparalleled taste and freshness of Olio Nuovo, or “New Oil.” Unlike other olive oils, Olio Nuovo is bottled immediately after being pressed, skipping traditional settling processes. This results in a robust and flavorful oil featuring a bold and spicy green olive taste, with undertones of deep grassy notes and a satisfying peppery finish. It is a unique and limited-production oil, best enjoyed immediately after bottling to enjoy its fresh qualities at their fullest. Savor the flavors of the harvest with an Italian tradition and indulge in the exceptional taste of Olio Nuovo.
Usage Notes: Enjoy Olio Nuovo with your favorite meats, vegetable soups, lentils, bruschetta, hard cheeses, or endive salad with blood orange, pecans, and dried figs.
Sage Olive Oil
Vigna & Olio
Olive Varietal: Estate Arbequina
Incorporating olive oil into your daily routine is “sage” advice, and our latest creation, Sage olive oil, makes it even more enticing. By co-milling fresh sage with our Estate-grown Arbequina olives, we have crafted a unique and flavorful oil that is bursting with aroma. The result is a rich, buttery, and versatile olive oil perfect for a wide range of culinary applications. Don’t miss out on this limited-edition herb olive oil, which will elevate your dishes to new heights. It has never been so delicious to be so ‘sage’!
Usage Notes: Toss on pasta with parmesan cheese, chicken, fresh vegetables, or potatoes, or use in a sauté with wild mushrooms over gnocchi, a base for a sauce (gentle heat releases the flavor and adds a delicate spice); adding a mild yet rich flavor to all your foods.
California Tuscan Olive Oil
Olive Varietals: An Italian Tuscan Blend (Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino)
When you think of the word “Tuscan,” an array of mouth-watering Italian flavors come to mind! Grown in Northern California, these varietals are harvested late in the season, allowing the natural peppery profile to mellow and develop into a rich, versatile and smooth blend of ripe olive, white pepper, and toasted hazelnut flavor. Instead of traveling to Italy, you can indulge in the taste of Tuscany right here in your own home with our locally grown and milled olives.
Usage Notes: Cook with your turkey, roasted chicken, grilled beef, homemade paella, or Spanish tapas and grilled vegetables. Drizzle on pizza or mix with spaghetti and meatballs.

Olive Varietals: Spanish Sevillano, Manzanilla, Greek Kalamata, and Italian Tuscan Blend (Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino)
Our Mediterranean Blend is a harmonious fusion of some of the most sought-after olives from Italy, Greece, and Spain. Tuscan olives from Italy, Koroneiki from Greece and Sevillano and Manzanilla from Spain are carefully blended to create a tantalizingly fresh and flavorful oil. The oil has a grassy and green olive aroma, with subtle hints of pepper and cucumber that give way to a smooth mid-palate, followed by a well-balanced spicy finish. This oil is perfect for those who appreciate the rich and diverse flavors of the Mediterranean.
Usage Notes: Cook with your favorite Mediterranean dishes – Mozzarella Caprese, pesto pasta over hummus and naan bread, cucumber salad with Pomegranate vinegar, crostini and baked salmon.
